A:No. Mixing different solar panels is not encouraged in general. To get the maximum efficient solar panel system, we recommend you use solar panels of the same type and from the same vendor. For example, two PV220 charging BLUETTI AC200P is acceptable, while one PV200+ one PV220 is not suggested.

The Bluetti subscription allows you to pay a monthly fee for your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. You can cancel whenever you like and return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station with no hidden fees. We send you a shipping label (return costs on us), and you return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station in the original packaging. -

The Bluetti subscription includes a brand new or like-new AC180 Solar Portable Power Station (normally a $999 product to purchase) and a warranty for as long as you keep your Bluetti subscription for any issues that may arise, with the exception of user error or gross negligence. -

Q6: What if the BLUETTIE AC180 is damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to evaluate the cause, and with the exception of intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent damage, we will ship you a new product or component and cover shipping fees in both directions.
