Adding a battery energy storage system captures this excess solar energy and makes it available for later use. Harness solar energy anytime with the EP900, even when the sun is not shining.
If you've installed a PV inverter, your batteries will charge from solar energy while the grid is operational, and the BLUETTI app will display the amount of energy generated from solar.
Please Note, however, that your existing PV inverter (with the exception of the IQ7 model) cannot charge the EP900 ESS during a grid power outage. -
