Q3: Is this the same as financing or a rent-to-own program?
This is not a rent-to-own program. When you cancel your Bluetti subscription, you are required to return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. This is not a rent-to-own program, as our Bluetti subscription includes flexibility, service components, future upgrade opportunities, and a lifetime warranty. Q6: What if the BLUETTIE AC180 is damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to evaluate the cause, and with the exception of intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent damage, we will ship you a new product or component and cover shipping fees in both directions. Depending on the degree of user fault, you may be charged for replacement components, parts, or shipping fees. If you’d like further assistance, feel free to contact us at support@fragile.co. -
