BLUETTI Trade-in is our eco-friendly recycling program designed to reduce the environmental impact of our products. You can trade in your old BLUETTI devices. In return, you will get a trade-in gift card or an extra coupon to offset the purchase price of a new one.

2. Ship Your Product
Return your old product using the shipping label provided by BLUETTI.
3. Receive Trade-in Gift Card
You'll receive an email confirming the trade-in value within 7 days after we have assessed your product.
4. Select A New Product
Redeem the trade-in gift card and coupon code to offset the cost of a new model.
It depends on the device model and condition. You can get an estimated value online by answering a few questions accurately. The actual value will be confirmed after we verify its condition.
Typically, it takes approximately 2–3 weeks. However, the sooner we receive your device, the quicker we can assess its condition and process your gift card.
If you’ve already shipped your device, the trade-in can’t be canceled. If not, you can cancel your trade-in by simply keeping your product.
