We need 1 - 3 business days to process the order, and usually the orders shipping from Germany warehouse, 5 - 10 days after you receive your goods. Orders that are shipped from the warehouse in Spain, 2 - 8 days after you will receive your products. (depending on the shipping agency (or maritime/air). The shipment is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reason. Do not hesitate to notify us of any transport problems to help you.

The main cooperative logistics companies are DPD, GLS, local carriers or other shipping channels.

During the busy Christmas season, the processing period takes longer than usual , and it is expected that they may have some delays.
